After graduating with a degree in Theatre & Sociology in 2005, Lydia trekked around the world and happily landed in New York City. Hardly a vagabond by nature, she does get the restless urge to pick up and travel. Thankfully, she has found boundless opportunities for "dramatic adventures" in and beyond the Big Apple. Lydia's interests include acting, creating art projects, world travel, history and politics, so the Ecuador Project is right up her alley! This is Lydia's dream project, "I believe in the power that theatre holds to open space for dialogue and inspire change". Lydia is drawn to DAT because they are a small group of people with big, ambitious goals that include changing the world. That requires taking risks and operating outside of many boxes… and what’s more exciting that that!? |
