Caitlin Green is a 2010 undergrad at Emerson College studying Theatre Education. Her aspirations are to become a professional working actor as well as educator and director. Just recently, Caitlin has appeared in Emerson’s production of The Diary of Anne Frank, playing the role of Edith Frank. Currently, she plays the role of Paco in the original bilingual Theatre for Young Audiences touring production, Sangre de un Angel. She is very proud of the work on this piece and the opportunity to bring it to schools. Caitlin is also a two year member of Ultimate Improv Boston, an improv troupe dedicated to having fun telling stories on stage. At Emerson, Caitlin has studied abroad at Kasteel Well, Netherlands and throughout Europe. She also finds great fulfillment in volunteer projects and as resident assistant at Emerson, she is passionate about fostering strong communities and leads educational/service programs for her residents at Emerson. As a member of Emerson’s Alternative Spring Break, Caitlin has traveled to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina to rebuild houses.
It has always been Caitlin’s dream to go to South America, greatly intrigued by the beautiful pictures she’s seen of the country and what seems to be a vibrant and spiritually minded culture. Caitlin is greatly looking forward to the opportunity to work with theatre artists passionate about making a difference in the world through theatre. |
