Throughout the course of the trip, artists will have the option to take part in voluntary cultural and professional activities including a folk dancing lesson, traditional meals, a community service project (of particular interest to those looking to explore the disparities present between Slovakian and Roma ‘Gypsy’ populations), artist workshops, castle and museum tours, a ‘café crawl,’ Slovak Mardi Gras celebrations, guest lectures, and more. |
