Application Procedure
Please complete the following five steps on time, so that everything runs smoothly.
STEP 1
Fill out the online Application & Health Form.

NOTE: Be sure to have passport and medical information available. You'll also need your artisitic bio, resume, and headshot accessible for submission with this form...
STEP 2
Upon review of your application, you will be notified as to your acceptance into the upcoming International Retreat. If accepted into this program, we will need your first payment to cement your place on the team.
STEP 3
Sign and mail in the following materials with your initial payment, due by Nov. 17:

STEP 4
Send in your final payment by Dec. 10 and attend the International Retreat Orientation Tele-Conference, tentatively scheduled for Dec. 15th.
STEP 5
Meet us at one of our four pick-up locations in Vienna or Bratislava on the morning of Jan. 1st and have a fantastic creative trek across Slovakia!

Payment & Paperwork Deadlines
. November 17: Payment due - €900 EURO/ $1250 USD (visual/ audio image waiver, travel waiver, & two passport copies are due)
. December 10: Final payment due - €900 EURO/ $1200 USD
