		The demands on the artist are rigorous and the commitment level must be full.

	Prerequisites
		Must have a heart for service
		Must have incredible talent
		Must possess a passport
		Must have a relevant university degree, conservatory training, or other equivalent education
		Must have traveled with Dramatic Adventure Theatre on a minimum of two projects
		Must have attended a language intensive abroad

	Commitments

		Theatre: growing as an artist, attending theatre, and getting involved in outside projects
		Company Training: theatrical technique, master classes and workshops, travel related training
		Language: vow to learn two languages, one "major" and one "minor"
		Leadership: take on leadership roles within the company

	Duties
		Administrative Work: minimum of 6 hours per week
		Board Member: attend all board meetings and participate in committees
		Planning: organize a "region" of all new VOICES projects
